How do I set or change my email signature?

Note that this KB applies to the "new" Outlook on the Web.

The following email signature template can be copied and pasted in the Outlook signature field.

Setup an email signature in Outlook on the Web

1. Log into Outlook on the Web: email.veym.net
   
2. In the upper right hand corner, click on the gear, the click on View all Outlook settings
   
   
   
   
3. Click on Compose and reply, then copy and paste the signature template block above into the signature field. Check the boxes to set how you want your email signature to show and click Save to save your signature.
