My account was deactivated

If you received a message about "no license" or "does not exist" when trying to sign into your email or another Microsoft 365 services, it means that your account was deactivated.


Periodically, VEYM IT will deactivate accounts that have not been active in more than 180 days in order to comply with Microsoft's non-profit requirements for Microsoft 365 services. If this occurs for your account but you still need it, we can reactivate it for you. Please note that any email in your account will be removed permanently if the reactivation occurs more than 30 days since the deactivation.


Active in this scenario is determined by actions such as logging into your email, sending an email, reading an email, etc.


Please submit a support ticket or email support@veym.net to reactivate your account.
